Chuan Shabu

We usually sit at a table but since it was really crowded we decided to try sitting at the bar. Each of us got a personal hotpot and that was quite the experience. The waiter was really friendly and served us well. Everything tasted delicious.

Can get severely crowded during peak hours. But once you get in, the food is fantastic.

Food is good, there's a sauce bar 👌. Their soups for hotpot are great and there's decent spread. Great amount of variety for meats, vegetables, seafood, and noodles. This has options for more premium cuts of meat but it's extra per order. The only thing about Chuan Shabu is the service, the first time I came it was pretty busy, I was waiting for the server for our second order for about 25-40mins. It seems like they were ignoring us or forgot about us, and at one point the waitress was on her phone for 10 minutes give or take.
